What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer can reach out to us via means of a phone call at our toll free # or via chat or can directly go to our website and create their account to reach out to us. Once we start working with a client they have access to their online account to which they can upload their documents or we can directly connect to customer's account depending upon customer's preference. Once the account has been setup, everytime there is an update to the account, customer can see it if they log into their account and they also get notified via email.

We are a team of Accountants and tax professionals with over 16+ years of experience, and our company provides bookkeeping, payroll, HR, income tax and other business support services that a business needs - all in one place.
We are QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor, and our team is CTEC Certified Registered Tax Agents with the IRS.
