I'm an attorney and CPA and have been practicing since 1982. I'm a graduate of USC's Marshall School of Business and have experience my businesses and individuals worldwide.
I'm admitted to all courts in California including all U.S. District Courts, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, U.S Tax Court and the U.S. Supreme Court.
I'm a member of the American Bar Association, the Los Angeles and Orange County Bars, the Federal Bar, the American Academy of Attorneys-CPAs, the AICPA and the California Society of CPAs.
I enjoy helping clients save taxes and solve their tax and accounting issues. I also enjoy helping clients improve their financials.
