We have been in business for the past 18 years, so very experienced in all types of notary signings! Although our specialty is mortgage loan documents, we also assist with living trusts, grant deeds, DMV documents, retirement, parental permission to travel, powers of attorney, copy certifications, affidavit of custodian records, and more!
We are bonded, background screened and carry $30,000 in Errors and Omissions insurance.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to communicate with the customer as best possible. I'm very courteous, helpful and accommodating.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified notary signing agent. This mean I have undergone additional training above the basic notary classes, to specialize in mortgage loan documents.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I charge $15 a signature and a travel fee is extra (depends on distance), if I come to the customer's home or office.
