What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer remote services, telephone consultations, email intakes so the client may fill-out the necessary information so that I may prepare the documents in advance of the signing appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Paralegal and have 25 years of experience working with various attorney's in different practices of law such as Family Law, Civil, Probate, Criminal, Worker's Compensation
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I offer reasonble fees and payment arrangements and my fees are set by what type of documents my clients will need. For example, if someone is seeking a divorce, my fees would include a price for the entire process in other words, divorce petition to final judgment.
How did you get started in this business?
As stated previously, I have worked throughout my career with various attorneys. The legal field is just something that I have always been interested in and I love my work. I started out on my own 6 years ago, after the attorney I was working for at that time for over 10 years decided to retire.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with customers in need of court documents, estate planning documents and even local attorney's in the area.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
On a professional level, I assisted a client in a successful civil case in return of their real property in addition to compensation for their loss.
On a personal level, one-on-one time with my Grandson, celebrating his Birthday, which happens to be my Birthday too!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Trust your instincts on whether or not the person you are consulting with on the phone or in person has the knowledge And cares.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Customers should ask about the pros process and procedures.
