I have been practicing therapy since 2009 and have worked with a wide variety of mental health challenges from severe diagnoses to general life stress and anxiety.
I provide a person centered and humanistic approach to my counseling sessions which will assist you in developing your strengths, reduce challenges, and set you on your journey towards wellness and happiness.
I primarily work with adults 18+ and couples on various issues related to stress, anxiety, depression, relationships, adjustment challenges, work issues, and other life stressors.

I provide a safe environment to allow you to explore your challenges and address them in an effective and person centered manner. No subject is off limits and I encourage you to disclose at your own pace.

I have extensive experience in working with the adult and older adult populations. I have worked with all spectrums of severity from general life stressors to chronic and severe mental illnesses.
Indiviudal and couples therapy sessions are $100 per session.
I first became interested in psychology in high school. I have always been a people person, a nurturer. I was drawn to clinical therapy and counseling by my desire to assist others to help heal and grow. I believe that we all have amazing potential for growth and change. It is my goal to help others find them in themselves and reduce challenges that are negatively impacting their health, wellness, and happiness.
