I primarily work with adults 18+ and couples on various issues related to stress, anxiety, depression, relationships, adjustment challenges, work issues, and other life stressors.

I first became interested in psychology in high school. I have always been a people person, a nurturer. I was drawn to clinical therapy and counseling by my desire to assist others to help heal and grow. I believe that we all have amazing potential for growth and change. It is my goal to help others find them in themselves and reduce challenges that are negatively impacting their health, wellness, and happiness.
