What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. - The customer will be able to speak with me over the phone and then, we will converse on zoom.
2. - I request the client to have Questions, Documents & Requests ready
3. - I will review the provided necessary information.
4. - We will review the documents provided and your needs.
5. - At the end zoom, the client is given a final analysis of the scope of work, timelines and be explained the terms and conditions.
6. Upon agreement, we resume work and complete the task as requested.
