About
Service - first, last and always. We have clients in most states because our clients want to stay with us even when they leave CA. We answer the phone and we are pretty quick to respond to emails. We are also well educated in taxes and we have a BS in Accounting. Three of us are Enrolled Agents and one is a CPA. We only have nice clients so we are happy to see them and help them. They are encouraged to contact us through the year if they any kind of tax question. We also help with trusts and estates.
We like helping people and solving problems and that is what we do. Since we only have nice clients, we enjoy talking with them and providing information they may need. It is a good feeling when you helped someone avoid a bad tax problelm.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to talk to them, preferably in person but by phone or email can work as well. We like to know what they are looking for, what kind of an outcome, any long range goals we can help with, any business strategies we can help them define, etc. Our clients are in various businesses or retired from teachers to real estate developers, medical, surgeons, attorneys, manufacturers, ranchers, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a BS in Accounting and three of us are Enrolled Agents (federally licensed to represent tax payers) and one is a CPA. We take 40 - 70 hours of continuing education each year. I worked in the private sector in cost accounting, product line controller, division general accounting manager and a division controller before I started by own business.
We also represent taxpayers in audits and collection situations.
