What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When they call we learn about their needs, and give resources as needed. We attain the insurance information for billing and have a consent signed, and attain any other information needed. We like to have med list, MD information and prior health information.
Then we assign a therapist who works out a schedule with the client. The billing is once a month.
All visits are made in the home or community, depending n need. The client / family is actively involved in the process of determining goals and evaluating success.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Najmus Saher is the owner and a Physical Therapist and also sees clients. There are a number of other therapists in Therapy In Your Home (OT, PT and ST) who are also available across the SF bay area
Therapy in Your Home has been providing care in the home for over 20 years with an emphasis on helping clients feel confident and able. Due to the number of therapists with a range of skill areas available through Therapy In Your Home, she has available varioius therapists with a number of techniques that can be utilized and resources in the community that can be brought in to help.

How did you get started in this business?
My love of Home Health Care and working in the home introduced me to the hole in the health care system: people who are not homebound but want care at home, or who have been discharged from home health and cannot get to a clinic do not have an option for attaining therapy. So Therapy In Your Home - OT, PT, ST was created.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Therapy In Your Home - OT, PT, ST provides services to pediatric to geriatric clients and those with mental health needs. We cover all diagnoses.
