If you haven't filed in 2018 or 2019 I can file a simple return for $150 so you can receive your $1,200! I try to establish a personal relationship with my clients. The more I know about may clients, his or her business, and family situation, the more I become not just a Tax Preparer, but a Financial Advisor. I owned a successful business, employing up to 40 people, for over 20 years. So I can help my clients who are just starting out or ones who need mid career corrections. When it comes to Business Preparation I am knowledgeable on the various accounting programs that you might use-Quicbooks, Xero, or Wave. I can also prepare business tax returns from clients who perform their accounting on Excel spreadsheets or Google documents. I attend many seminars and listen to many webinars during the year to keep up-to-date on the latest tax happenings. This would include many coronavirus Covid 19 Seminars. I am also the Treasurer of our local Enrolled Agent Group. We regularly interact with the IRS in putting on seminars and sharing input from our clients on how to improve the tax system. Because of my involvement in the EA group I have many resources to fall back upon when confronted with a difficult issue. I have extensive experience working with clients who have not filed tax returns for many years. I run interference so they do not have to talk directly with the IRS. Being helpful to my clients. I am available all year for anything that comes up outside tax season. I also learn a lot from my clients from their experiences. I am proactive with my clients especially when it comes to explaining why they owe so much money after the tax return is completed. They want answers and I supply them with the answers they need to tax plan for the next year. Many of my clients become friends because I stay in contact all year not just during tax season. I have a 90% retention rate of clients from one year to the next. I accept calls from clients wanting to check me out and make sure I am the right person for their needs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk with a possible client to see if there is synergy between us. I will then send the client an organizer to get started. I use secure portals rsther than correspond by email. The client sends me back the completed organizer and I will start the return. If I have questions about the return I will correspond thru the secure portal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1. I have a degree in business specializing i accounting.
2. I have over 15 years experience.
3. I ran a business for over 15 years with as many as 40 employees.
4. I am an Enrolled Agent licensed by the IRS and can represent my clients before the IRS and prepare tax returns anywhere in the world.
