I LOVE WHAT I DO!

I strive to provide a multi-modalities approach to healing and self-assisted discovery, along with the appropriate tools and education to assist in a persons journey toward a happier and healthier self.

I am the “Most requested massage therapist” 5 years in a row at Hand and Stone in Porter Ranch, CA. and I have over 20 years of experience as a Bodyworker. After years of dealing with clients “stuff” that might come up during a session, I wanted to learn how to properly field a conversation that could also benefit them during their bodywork. This led me to learning various techniques to make that happen: NLP, nonviolent communication, Hakomi Method, Bioenergetics, Jin Shin Do, and the lust goes on...

After 10 years of studying and employing these various dialectical and somatic approaches to wellness, I’ve cultivated excellence and a healthy capacity for unconditional positive regard for myself and others.

I intuitively find the areas within the body and/or mind that need some TLC, facilitating an open non-judgmental and non-dogmatic space for exploration; honoring the ‘other’ as a whole and complete individual.

Having done ‘the work’ (and always learning more) to be-coming the Self that I am, I embody gracious style, equanimity in personality, and authentic delivery.
