El Cid Bookkeeping, Inc. Accountancy and Taxation will commence work on your file once the engagement letter is executed by both parties.  Upon commencement El Cid Bookkeeping, Inc. Accountancy and Taxation will require documentation from your company to proceed. We require restrict access(review only) to your bank accounts and credit accounts and the following items:

1.   Copies of every day issued checks from all checking account

2.   Copies of receipts both checks and credit card transactions

3.   Identification of all cash receipts as to source (i.e., loans, sales, etc.), and information concerning all transactions that are consummated with cash.

4.   Copies of Bank Statements

5.   Copies of last Bank Reconciliations

6.   Copies of Credit Card Statements

7.   Copies of last Credit Card Reconciliations

8.   Access code to on-line banking

9.   Access code to any on-line billing software

10.                       Copy of last Financial Statements – Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statement

11.                       Copy of last files of tax return

12.                       Annual Statement of Information (SOI -California)

13.                       Annual City of Los Angeles (City Tax)

14.                       Payroll Services for W-2(s) and Year End 1099
