What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We sit and discuss their current information about family, work, retirement and financial goals including past tax years. We give them a list of documents to gather including receipts for everything from gas, car repairs, mortgage interest, medical expenses and charitable contributions and ANYTHING else they can think of and WE will use what we can.
