What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our clients can work with us directly in our office or remotely using phone and email, or using video chat. Once we go through our FREE initial consultation, and if our client decides to work with us, we set up a secured and very easy to use online portal to communicate with us and to receive your documentation and deliver you work back to you.
Please note that we will accommodate all styles and preference of our clients and we can receive and deliver work to you in your preferred way.
Each service we provide require it's unique process and we will be happy to share with you when we first talk.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are CPAs, Enrolled Agents (EAs) and Registered Tax Preparers. We hold degrees and certificates in Accounting, Finance, Project Management, and other related disciplines.
We are also Insurance Brokers for Life and Health, Property and Casualty, in addition to our licences in financial advisory and securities such as series 6, 63 and 65.
Our education and training allow us to provide our clients with a comprehensive look and deep analysis into their entire financial position.
