I am a client oriented solo practitioner. I have been practicing for over 10 years and am fortunate in that I love my job and my clients. I offer a variety of consumer law services striving to protect my clients and their assets. I am a personal injury plaintiff's attorney and a debtor's bankruptcy attorney. My goal is always to maximize protection of, and recovery for, the client.

If bankruptcy is not the right solution I offer debt defense services or can recommend bankruptcy alternatives to manage debt. Over the years I have successfully saved my clients collectively hundreds of thousands of dollars.

I also handle copyright and trademark matters - protecting, enforcing, and defending the rights of my clients.
