I've been doing body work for 18 years, during that time I've garnered skills and tools to make a big difference in my client's well being.
I have studied, Deep Tissue massage, Trigger Point, Swedish, Shiatsu, Reiki and Cranial Sacral modalities.
I've been able to help people become free of chronic pain and stress, my work has helped hasten recovery from surgery and accidents. I approach each client, inquiring about their end goal, whether its deep relaxing and stress relief or to help with an injury, I use my intuition and skills to get you there.
The most enjoyable thing about my work is spending time with and getting to know my clients as well as knowing that i make a difference for them.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prior to meeting, I have a quick chat with a new client over the phone, to better understand why they're wanting a massage, i discus how my skills might be able to address their nees, answer any questions they might have, I take notes, we set up an apointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several hundred hours of practical experience and training.
Body work modalities used are deep tissue, trigger point, Cranial Sacral, Swedish, Reiki and Shiatsu.

Prices are as follows:
$15 dollars discount for the 1st massage. Package discount available.
1 hour $75
1.5 hours $110
2 hour $145
