I offer tax and bookeeping services to small businesses especially those in construction and elderly care. I was a General Contractor for 10 yrs and my wife currently runs an Elderly Care business. My experiences in other fields (I hold licenses in real estate and insurance) help me to serve you better.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer emails and fax. After introducing myself and my fees, I follow these steps:
1. Send engagement letter for electronic approval
2. Request Income and Wages Information including IDs to be scanned and emailed to me
3. Request other info as deems necessary
4. After completion, acknowledge the results, and send forms for approvals and e signatures.
5. Send invoice for online payment.
6. Efile tax and then send complete copy of return to customer
