What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We understand every client has worked hard on the Business idea and before getting into a detailed discussion we ensure client is on safe side by getting into NDA, it is then followed by a Requirement gathering session with our Business Analysis team, according to the requirements a Wireframe is prepared and a Functional Business Doc is prepared for Clients Evaluation and approval, based on the document our developers give a time estimation which also gives an estimated cost of development, this is then sealed with an agreement and the document is pushed to Design Team for Graphic Image, which is further pushed to actual development once client Approves the same.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master Degree in computer application. Bachelors degree in Computer application. I am google analytics and ad words certified. Plus the team that we have all have relevant degrees and expertise.

We are great at pricing our Services starts at $12 an hour, based on the requirement we can prepare a detailed document which has an estimation of the effort hours required.
How did you get started in this business?
We started off back in 2014, our founder after working for some great organizations, knew what clients require and what to deliver, he hired a great team all together and had some great clients to work, initially it was all word of mouth and worked well, so now we are here with more than 500 clients.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with several clients, majorly includes some of the best agencies in States and UAE, right from startups to sone fortune 5000 companies.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The only advice I would like to give here is do not get in to a trap of cheap cost offered by some low level companies, please do the due diligence on past clients, sucess stories and document offered by the service provider.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What I Need? Thats the most important question that needs to be answered before hand, a written document of the business flow, would help in getting the best price with deliverables.
