What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We get to know our client by meeting with our potential new customer to learn more about their business. This interview is no more than 20 minutes. This allows our future client to receive a strategy which is focused around their business objectives. The strategy session is of no cost to our future new client. The client is never signed up by a contract, we earn our customers business month over month with no contracts.

If a decision is made to move forward it takes 15 minutes to open up the client portal and onboard the customer. 2 calls are scheduled for a future date 24-48 hours from the date of the agreement and the client's service strategy is reconfirmed and we go "LIVE".   Our plans are customized to the business objectives,goals and strategies.

How did you get started in this business?

As a distributor of merchandise I found local business owners needed a digital solution in order to drive foot traffic to their location. 

My goal was initially to move more products. 

As I worked with the business owners it reignited an experience from when I was 17 years old working with my father in his 35 year business. 

Today I enjoy the opportunity to work with Business Owners as a Digital Marketing Consultant. I enjoy working with business owners and supporting them in their growth to sustain their business.
