What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is an initial consultation and examination
We gladly provide all of our new patients with a free consultation so you can decide if our center is right for you. If you wish to receive care based on your examination (not included in free consultation), our doctor will then learn about your current condition, history, and goals.
Next, you and your doctor will decide on the appropriate treatment options
Your doctor will show you the results of your exam and any tests done to identify the root of your problem (not just symptoms) to create a plan that is right for you. We are a multi-disciplined center, so if we discover other health issues, we can treat those as part of a single plan and give you the best care possible.
Once your treatment starts, we continually monitor and fine-tune your treatment
Once your treatment starts, your doctor will monitor your progress with your goals. Our experiences show that most people will see improvement within one month from the beginning of therapy. By continually fine-tuning your treatment, we aim to provide you with the highest care possible.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Dr. Win holds a Bachelor of Science degree, with a major in Biology and a minor in Psychobiology, plus a Doctorate of Chiropractic Medicine. He is a board member of DACBN (Diplomat American Chiropractic Neurology Board), and has spent an additional 200 hours post-graduation studying advanced brain-based chiropractic neurology resulting in certification by the American Chiropractic Neurology Council for ADHD/autism treatment for children. Dr. Win has been CEO of United Integrated Healthcare Center since 2005. He lives in Diamond Bar with his wife and young son and enjoys reading, using electronic gadgets of all types, and playing soccer.
Dr. Soliman has served as a primary care physician since 1987, and is currently the medical director at All Care One Community Health Center. He has been the principal investigator in FDA clinical trials for studies of diabetes, hypertension, arthritis, and women’s health. He has also served as the medical director of one of the largest multispecialty groups at Good Samaritan Hospital in Los Angeles. Dr. Soliman utilizes both conventional and alternative treatment approaches to provide medical care and promote women’s health.
Dr. Marie Mendoza-Cipollo, graduate of Cleveland Chiropractic LA, has returned to California after practicing with her father, a chiropractor also, in Arizona for twenty-three years. She is bilingual in Spanish and English. Dr. Marie brings over thirty-two years of work experience, which includes car accidents, work-related injuries, chronic pain management, female hormone issues, and children’s health. She uses gentle techniques such as Koren Specific Technique and Activator Methods. Other modalities include cold laser and nutrition. As a mother of six, she is especially knowledgeable about women and children’s health issues. She is dually licensed in chiropractic and acupuncture in the state of Arizona. Dr. Cipollo is currently studying to obtain an acupuncture license in California. Dr. Cipollo firmly believes that health is a choice and the power that created the body has the power to heal the body.
