I am here to help you beat your anxiety, depression, anger issues, marital or parenting challenges, and get back to enjoying life and lasting relationships. Together we find out what is keeping you stuck, develop a treatment plan with interventions and concrete measurable goals so you know when have attained them. I am in the business of getting you to where you want to be quickly and send you on your way when you have teached your goal and feel competent with your new skills.
I enjoy my work as a therapist when I hear parents, couples, and individuals have improved their quaility of life as they learn the new skills and apply it in their lives.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with you in person. The first two session is assessement but at the end of second session, I will give you my assessment and together we develop treatment goals and go from there.
