Illuminating Counseling, LLC

I am a licensed therapist in the state of Arizona with experience in many different types of struggles. I have my Ph.D in Psychology and Master's degree in Counseling. I have worked with individuals that range from ages 5 to 85 dealing with a variety of different life stages and problems. My specialties include anxiety, self-esteem, marriage/family struggles and relationships. However, I feel I am skilled in many other areas as well, and I absolutely love counseling!

I find myself being a very warm and genuine therapist that values the therapeutic relationship I have with my clients. I love to encourage others and build them up! I am not confrontational, but I do value honesty, and I provide honest feedback.
