About
I use a variety of therapeutic techniques such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT), talk therapy, and active listening. I can provide a compassionate and honest yet objective perspective to any problems you may be facing. I am also a certified clinical trauma professional.
I have always had a heart for helping people overcome the difficulties and problems that come with everyday life. Seeing progress overtime and watching my clients become successful and well functioning human beings who are in touch with their emotions is the highlight of my work.
