In my counseling, I use strength-focused and evidence-based approaches in combination with relational cultural theory. My latest training includes REBT, Biofeedback, and Gottman Method to couples counseling. Trauma, anxiety, depression, insomnia, headaches, migraines, grief or relationship struggles could be under your control. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with an intake in order to learn about a new client. Then we work on establishing a treamment plan and together we address the isseus at client's pace.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed professional counslor with a PhD in Cousneling and Supervision. I have been treaching, training, and supervising for the past 10 years.

I do have a sliding scale for clients.
How did you get started in this business?
I started my business as a part-time private practice in the office and gradually built my clientele
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a very diverse clientele. In the first decade of my practice, I served children, adolescents, and families. Later, as I became trained in couples approaches, I transitioned to seeing adults with depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, grief, etc. I am passionate to work with couples as well.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would suggest to "interview" your potential pro. We all have different backgrounds, personalities, and expertise. It is important to invest some time into finding out about your new pro.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I think it would be beneficial to think about commitment, safe space, and honesty.
