We just purchased a vehicle from Tucson used auto sales and was very pleased with the customer service. Carlos was very helpful in answering questions and accommodating. I recommend purchasing a vehicle through him if you’re going to purchase from this dealership. He’s honest, fair, down to earth, professional, great guy. However, spare key was not provided when I was told it would be as well as minor issues that were supposed to be taken care of were not. That is why I’m giving this place an overall 4/5 stars. But again customer service from Carlos was outstanding.
