What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are sensitive to delivering value for your spend. Our process starts with a friendly discovery call to determine if and how we can best serve your needs. Once we complete your discovery call, we will perform some early research to ensure you are headed in the right direction. If not, we will provide recommendations at no charge. Once we've established we can deliver value to you as a client, we will make a full, detailed proposal for your consideration.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a full-time, US domestic staff of 50 experienced professionals. Half of which are senior software developers/engineers, the other half are highly technical digital marketing strategists in the SEO/SEM and paid media domain.

Pricing for our client engagements covers a broad range. Client spends range anywhere from a one-time fee of $10,000 for small website launch and can range to over $100,000 per month on an ongoing spend. Detailed pricing is provided for each and every client proposal so you know exactly what you are agreeing to before we engage in a paid capacity.
