Massage was always a big part of my life when I was playing sports. It always kept me loose and much less prone to injury. I thought it would be a great way to help people. I enjoy helping people live there life the way they should... Pain Free!!
Anything from a eighteen year old cross country runner to professional athletes. I see a wide variety of people who are looking to maintain that edge during the season and off season. I see quite a few golfers as well specifically dealing with the lower back and keeping there hips loose so they can get more club head speed.
Do your reasearch and find the right fit. Its alweays good to find out how long they have been practicing for and what different types of modalities they do. Experience is key, a therapist thats been involved with a little bit of everything can know how to address what you need quicker.
