How did you get started in this business?
I started managing my own portfolio of individual stocks, bonds, and options contracts in 2011 by analyzing financial statements and the economy. I became a financial adviser in 2014 and started to manage investments for clients. I carved out a niche working with business owners, learned about financial planning, and began to collect tax returns for review and analysis, so I completed my tax designation, and expanded my professional services into tax accounting and finance consulting.
