About
Hi! I am a naturopathic doctor specializing in acupuncture, soft tissue massage, herbal medicine and energy healing. I started practicing in the Midwest 7 years ago, and now I have two locations: Prescott, AZ and Naperville, IL. I love using these treatments because they are effective and work to get to the root cause of dis-ease. It is important to me (and you) that I can provide something different than what most physicians can offer. This helps us innerstand the true healing capacity we all have.
Making long-lasting trusting relationships has proved to me to be what I hold in high regard in my practice. Helping others navigate their lives and learning how to de-stress, rest, relax and heal on their own is both fascinating and fulfilling. Every encounter with a client teaches me about life and health and keeps me on track in my own life. It is a constant activation of universal love, and I feel it expands out beyond what goes on in the office.

What types of customers have you worked with?
Everyone, from 2 years old to 92 years, men, women, even cats and dogs.
Often I work with people who are not seeing results with their current routine, medicine, exercise, etc. We both want treatment plans to work in a given amount of time, and people feel immediately less stressed with a plan in their hands that works for them.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The Naturopathic Doctor is an expert of all healing that is natural but only you are an expert of your own self, so we must work together to get the best possible outcome. Your ND should be easy to talk to, listens attentively to you, and gets your input for treatment plans. They meet you where you are on this healing journey and take you farther.
The Naturopathic Doctor practices what she preaches! Eats vital foods, moves and rests appropriately, meditates, uses herbs, and loves uncondtiiianlly!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Realistically, how long does healing take?
What is a healing crisis?
How do you stay healthy and vibrant?
