What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to really get to know and understand the needs of our clients through a quick one on one call, zoom meeting, or face to face interaction in which during this time we will survey-our client so we know their needs 150% but we do this all in a way that is very quick and hands off for the client giving them more freedom to do what they do best run their business. Once the clients needs are establish we like to set the budget for the project and put together an outline or scope of work so there is always a basis of understanding in the relationship. Once these things have been done, myself and my staff get to work, giving our client the valuable freedom to run other areas in their business and the information that accounting provides and guides them in their businesses at their finger tips with ease and much less stress all at an affordable price. - Michelle Schaefer
