What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. All customers new or existing receive tax return organizers.
2. An appointment is made. These appointments may be in person or via telephone.
3. Most tax returns are completed in an average of 4.0 hours, from the time the client provides all information and documentation.
4. Clients receive notification of their tax return status quickly. The notification is normally by direct phone call OR email.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1. Over 20 years of Accounting and Tax Preparation and Planning service
2. Masters of Business Administration (MBA)
3. Accredited as an Accredited Business Accountant (ABA) through the American Council of Accountancy and Taxation.
4. Over 5 years experience as an Auditor with Maricopa County (Business Personal Property Audit)
5. Bilingual in Spanish and English
