What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After receiving lead we contacted the customer an ask about the service they are requesting. Then we schedule an appointment time for the service.

Pricing starts at 13.00, Depends on the type of notarization that has to be done.
Traveling fee is 15.00 and up.
How did you get started in this business?
I started my business due to other people approaching me to work for their company as a Sale Person or Customer Service Representative. I felt if other people believe in me then I can believe in myself and make money for myself and giving my background is customer service. With working in banks as customer service representatives and Wal-Mart as Customer Service Manger I know customer's and knowing how to solve most problems is a plus.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I am working with Title companies, Inspections companies, and companies to verify I-9. I have done living Will and health and Financial Power of Attorney.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am fond of being a Mobile Notary Service. I have people that love to take pictures of my setup when I arrive at the home.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The advice I would give is to make sure they are background checked and certify for the job.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
The customer should think about, what services they wilI need and the cost for the project.
