We are available 24hrs a day 7 days a week. We are all Certified Lic. & bonded. We are all backround screened from the National Notary Association. We are local Certified Notary Signing Agents and take our commision very seriously. We do every kind of Notary from loan closings, poas, aeropostales, affidaviats, acknowledgements, minor travel, jail visits poas. titles transfers,oaths of affirmations, etc.
We all, enjoy meeting new people, working with the community to keep all the people safe and to prevent fraud by taking our commision seriously. We strive to give a 5 star experience with all of our Notaries. We also enjoy making your life easier by assisting with your needs in the comfort of your place of work, home, hospital, escrow office, hospice, jail house, etc. We love what we do!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process to work with a new or returning customer is we get your location on where the signing will take place at. Such as your nearest crossroads. We then provide you with your price of how much. We then book you in our schedule to get the Notary work done as requested. After that we collect for services and all clients leave happy with great customer services provided by a professional.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Notary's are Certified Notary Signing Agentsthat are background screened, licensed, and bonded. We are Commisioned with the State of Arizona. We are with the National Notary Association, as well.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yes our prices comply with the state of Arizona with regards to 10.00 per signature and 10.00 per page. We have a mileage fee that applys depeding on where you are located in the valley. Our fees for loan documents are a standard 150.00 with unlimited signatures and time.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with everyone in the community. We work with a majority of the health care field with helping famlies with documents while they have a stay at the hospital or to help them with their final wishes at Hospice. We have done simple title transfers in the community to help prevent fraudulent transactions. We go to the public community jails to help family members with a leagal visit. We help clients with minor travel. We help clients with minor temporary custody. We also help people thier closing documents for any escrow closing with title to help close thier deal on thier home and we are All Local Notaries no signing agent required.

We are proud and exited that the state of Arizona has now passed E-Docs online and we are working to get up and running with this exciting news!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
To relax and look no further. With everything going on in thier day to day activities we can assure them tat we can get the job done so that they can focus on whats impotant thier famlies. We are confident that we are all ready for anything the community throws at us. We are ready for you NOW. We can usually respond to you within a half an hour to an hour.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What it is they need to know and ask themselves if a third party witness is needed for thier paperwork or not, We also offer third party non blood relatives as a witness if they cannot provide one themselves for a small fee for thier time to be present during a signing.
