What is your typical process for working with a new client?
Each new client comes in for a consultation with one of our highly trained and experienced staff prior to any treatment being performed. Depending on what their particular concerns are they are discussed with the nurse practitioner, esthetician or laser technician to ensure that we are not only delivering the expected results but also educating the client on the treatment process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our medical director is a board certified advanced practice nurse and nurse midwife with extensive knowledge and experience in well woman care as well as in the cosmetic arena. She has additional certifications and experience as an herbalist, certified medical laser technician and injector of PRP and wrinkle reduction treatments.
Our Estheticians have an excess of 8 years experience in providing the highest quality skin care to meet the clients needs.
Our laser technicians are all licensed with the ARRA and have extensive experience in the field. Each technician is trained in our procedures so you will receive the optimal result for your skin tone.
Our massage therapist is licensed and has an excess of 20 years experience as well as additional training in physical therapy.

How did you get started?
The spa started our offering and specializing in IPL and LED Photofacial, facials, massage therapy and wrinkle reduction treatments. It has since grown and expanded services to include the most recent RF body contouring treatment on the market with ThermiSmooth. This amazing treatment comforably uses temperature controlled heat energy to simultaneously, reduce volume (fat), smooth out cellulite and tighten skin. We also recently added the NEW ThermiVa Vaginal rejuvenation treatments to reclaim, restore and revive treating a variety of concerns for women.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with both men and women of all ages. Whether you are a young adult with acne issues, a middle aged man or woman with skin concerns, sun damage or in need of a little help sculpting those problem areas or tightening skin or a more mature patients seeking to remove years and reclaim a more youthful appearance we have worked with them all.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We had a client come in with skin laxity in her back. In several treatments we were able to make such a difference for her that she described it as "lifting excess weight she had been carryig around".
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a professional in your area of expertise?
Make sure that your laser technician is experienced with all skin types and issues and is licensed with the ARRA. Our licenses are displayed on the wall in the treatment room.
If you are receiving a facial, besure to discuss your specific concerns and disclose and allergies or sensitivities to products. Again, ensure they are licensed.
If you are receiving injectables be sure to discuss with your provider exactly what your expected outcome is and cover all your treatment options. Injectables are in part an art form and should not be rushed. A licensed and certified professional should perform these threatments.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their needs?
Think through what treatment(s) you actually want and prioritize them. Often there are budgetary concerns that can restrict the order in which you may want to do certain treatments.
