I will also leave you with a few unique easy stretches for you that you may implement at your convenience. We are here to educate people about body and muscle health along with bodywork.

I believe in all-natural healing for the body as much as possible. Massage helps the body heal itself, and I am here to help that process succeed. I have been helping clients since 2012 and loved every minute of it. I'm skilled/enjoy mostly in Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage.
