Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new client?
Client completes an intake form. I evaluate and ask are there any problem areas that you would like more focus on and/or are there any areas to ignore. If client is is pain, I will ask for their number of pain from 1 to 10, 10 being the worst. At the end of the session I recheck their the pain level is. If they need more work, I will ask them to return the following week to re-evaluate. I also give recommendations on what they can do at home to lessen any pain.
Just before your massage I mention that any time you need deeper or lighter pressure, please let me know since your comfort level is most important.

How did you get started?
In 2002, I had severe back pain and was referred to a chiropractor. The chiropractor recommended that I have a massage. This made sense to try any and all modalities.
I felt so much better after my massage therapy session that I finally knew what I wanted to do for the rest of my life.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a professional in your area of expertise?
Check Google, Yelp and put in the company name in google to see what information is available. Read reviews, ask how long they have been a therapist. Contact therapist with any questions and go with your gut feeling when you intend to schedule an appointment.
