I took massage therapy as a career because of where massage can take people. I appreciate the benefits of massage and being able to give those benefits to people. The best benefit being that massage will release built tension and take the stress of daily life away. Massage can improve the flow of blood and lymph, which reduces muscular tension. This can relieve a lot of intensity one might be experiencing and help their nervous system’s overall stimulation. I currently specialize in Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, Lomi Lomi, Sports massage, etc., especially because they help target tension.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process in beginning a new therapist/client relationship is to start with a 5-10 minute conversation & form to fill out regarding their healthcare background. Ultimately all decisions on depth of work/pressure is up to the client - according to their needs for each customized session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Professional Licensed Massage Therapist -5 years now. I got my certifications from Arizona School of Massage Therapy (Cortiva Institute)- Tempe.

My standard rates start $80 for 1 hour, the price varies depending on the type of massage selected. The price option to buy packages at substantial savings is detailed on my website.
How did you get started in this business?
After graduating from massage school, I worked with a few chiropractors as well as with Hand & Stone Massage and briefly with Massage Envy and Sol Touch Sports Massage.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work ones who are serious in improving overall wellness and healthcare for stress relief to the body.
I specialize in mainly Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Stress Relief, Medical Massage and Pain Management so most of my clientele are every day people who are in need of stress relief, professional athletes, and people who are actively into managing their pain and discomfort.
