What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A free consultation will begin the get-to-know-eachother phase.
Based on what we agree upon together, vis a vis your marketing needs and business profile and attributes, we will divise a suggested plan of action for your marketing communications. If you have just one specific project, we would welcome that as well.
Next comes the proposal, which will come to you in the form of project costs, monthly retainer, or a combination there of.
We NEVER ask for annual contracts. We always hope to be of exemplary service for as long as you are thrilled with our work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BSc Chemistry and an MBA. My first job out of the laboratory was in marketing for a fortune 100 pharmaceuticals manufacturer, the I became the V.P. of marketing for a prestige division of the largest privately-held cosmetics brand on the planet.
Having had enough of corporate existance, I joined an became partner at well-respected and acolade-rich advertising agency where I oversaw client public relations, and client services while creating website conceptualization and all written content for traditional and digital advertising, collateral, packaging, and social media.
