I graduated from the Institute of Integrative Coaching Training and I am working forward receiving my ACC with the International Coaching Federation.

Frequently asked questions

After your initial contact for coaching services, I will start by providing a set of questions to get to the heart of the issue that brought you to coaching.

We will then have a FREE 45-minute Zoom Disovery session for you to experience what coaching is like followed by Q&A. If you choose to work with me, our 2nd Zoom session will be 90 minutes of coaching and answering deeper questions about you. After that, each session will be 60 minutes in length.
