We strive to make the intake process as simple and easy as possible. Once the appointment is made you are able to fill out all paperwork and consents on line, so when you come in, there is no paperwork to fill out.
Our psychiatrists are Arizona Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners or MDs. Our therapists come from different backgrounds and education, but the owner is a Masters of Social Work and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Arizona and California.
The vast majority of our patients are able to use their insurance or their company's Employee Assistance Program benefits. So our rates are based on the negotiated rates with the insurance companies. Patient costs range between $0 and the insurance negotiated rate. For those with high deductibles or without insurance we offer an Affordable Service Plan with therapy rates at $100/$75 for intake/follow-up and $225/$150 for psychiatry inake/follow-up.
When we moved to Arizona, about 30 minutes south of Phoenix, we realized that this area was vastly underserved for mental health services. Since starting our private practice it has been rewarding to serve our community and help so many people over the years.
We are an outpatient mental health services company. We treat anxiety, depression, adhd. We offer individual, couples and family therapy as well as psychiatric eval and medication management.
During the COVID-19 pandemic we have been able to continue to offer our services. Although most of our patients have opted for Telehealth, which we support through a HIPAA compliant platform, we continue to offer in office care to those that prefer those services.
We do our best to assign the provider that is the best fit for your or your child. However, its not an exact science and sometimes the patient and provide don't "click". My advice is that if you don't feel well connected to your therapist, tell front desk staff. This is not that uncommon, and it's better to try with another provider than to give up on the process or to not get the most out of your session.
