We strive to make the intake process as simple and easy as possible. Set up an intake appointment with one of our care coordinators, who will then place you with a provider that fits your needs.
Our psychiatrists are Arizona Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners or MDs. Our therapists come from different backgrounds and education, but the owner is a Masters of Social Work and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Arizona and California. Our therapists also have been trained in neoru-feedback, mindfulness and EMDR services.
The vast majority of our patients are able to use their insurance or their companys' Employee Assistance Program benefits. So our rates are based on the negotiated rates with the insurance companies. Patient costs range between $0 and the insurance negotiated rate. For those with high deductibles or without insurance we offer an Affordable Service Plan with therapy rates at $150/$95 for intake/follow-up and $225/$150 for psychiatry inake/follow-up.
When we moved to Arizona, about 30 minutes south of Phoenix, we realized that this area was vastly underserved for mental health services. Since starting our private practice it has been rewarding to serve our community and help so many people over the years. We have opened up offices in Anthem, Casa Grande and South East Gilbert to offer services in other underserved areas.
We are an outpatient mental health services company. We treat anxiety, depression, adhd and trauma. We offer individual, couples and family therapy as well as psychiatric eval and medication management. We now also offer a Substance Abuse IOP for people strugling with alcohol and drug abuse.
During the COVID-19 pandemic we have been able to continue to offer our services. Although most of our patients have opted for Telehealth, which we support through a HIPAA compliant platform, we continue to offer in office care to those that prefer those services.
We do our best to assign the provider that is the best fit for your or your child. However, its not an exact science and sometimes the patient and provide don't "click". My advice is that if you don't feel well connected to your therapist, tell our staff or reach out to your care coordinator. This is not that uncommon, and it's better to try with another provider than to give up on the process or to not get the most out of your session.
