About this pro

Using the power of the mind, I coach people and consult with organizations looking to optimize their potential and aspirations.

I love helping others find themselves, get themselves unstuck and get back in integrity for and with themselves.

I have been doing this work formally since 1992, becoming a professional certified coach (PCC) in 2010.

You can find me at LinkedIn at Rosie Dolan Baker and Facebook Business at Aspire Consulting by Design.

Rosie Dolan Baker has a true gift for working with teams of Leaders and helping them to achieve their unrealized potential. She really has incredible discernment about people's strengths and weaknesses. Rosie uses this discernment to help teams capitalize on their natural gifts and talents and work together as a team to find ways to set big goals and utilize these strengths to reach them. She also has a gentle and disarming spirit that allows people to accept their weaknesses yet encourages them to be vulnerable and ask for help in growing past their weaknesses through real hard work. Rosie has varied experience with government and private industry that makes her so valuable to our team. I have worked with Rosie with two of my Senior Leadership Teams in two separate organizations and BOTH teams are truly stronger through having the opportunity to work with her. I can highly recommend Rosie to any organization. You too will be better after allowing her to work with your teams at every level of your organization.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

An email could work, yet I prefer a 30 minute pro bono call.

I enjoy learning about your purpose in contacting me, your desired outcomes and what success would look like for you.

We discuss budget, coaching frequency, action in between calls, assessments wanted and timeframes, as well.

We are assessing each other about fit, too.

If we decide to go forward, I will create a small contract referencing our joint agreements...

After the first of two equal payments, (at contract execution and 1/2 way through contract) we begin our serious and important coaching work.
