About this pro

My goal is to assist clients to become whole, energetic, and focused on the future. Life is ever evolving and we need to be present to ensure we are ready for the growth and success!!!

Life however is full of difficult situations, painful experiences and much trauma. Dealing with all adversity is the key to discovering emotional stability.

I have been counseling for over 30 years and eager to help one and all. My therapeutic work covers all ages from 3 years old to individuals in their 90's.

What I enjoy about counseling is lessening the emotional pain of all clients.

Based on past experiences clients work to deal with a host of trauma not always connecting that psychological pain may cause physical pain, poor reactions to life events, anger, anxiety, addictions, etc.

I love seeing clients smile, cope more effectively, make better personal decisions, and understand they deserve a life of abundance.

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Initially, it is my goal to really get to know the client. What is the client worried about? concerned about? perhaps lacking sleep? Unable to focus and concentrate on either school, work, home, friends, etc.?

Next create a plan that the client chooses!!! Therapy is often a painful process as we discuss personal worries, family secrets, past traumas, etc.

What I can share is that I have suffered from many of the situations listed and therapy along with personal honesty really assisted me is freeing myself from daily questions of not knowing how to act sometimes.

So what the client wants to disclose, where the client is willing to go is KEY!!!!!

Hope to meet you!
