Accepting challenges is the one of the foundations of my life experiences and something I do with great confidence. You will find me a totally committed individual with pride in being direct, spontaneous, and communicative. My leadership skills are developed and have allowed me to interact with ethnic diverse populations, educational backgrounds, and all age groups. I am a motivator and an organizer; these skills have enabled me to effectively defuse problem situations with internal and external customers using tact, thus creating a long-term employee and client base. Teamwork is another skill I have acquired and one I know necessary for an organizational cohesiveness. Over the years, I have established daily operational bases for projects/programs and provided the direction to insure progress and deadlines are met. Business start up, training, fraud audit, employee theft, business organization, and accounting clean up are just a few of the areas we offer our cleints.
