What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I usually do a 15 minute consultation call to assess their needs. Second, we would determine the best course of action. If a contract is needed, then we proceed after a contract is signed. If no contract needed, the client sends over information. I put the client on a list according to the date they send over paperwork and their items get processed in the order received. If I have questions, I contact them according to the method they choose and email for my receipt of contact. Once completed, payment is due before I submit taxes. If it is bookkeeping, payment is due with receipt of bank statements before I start the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates Degree in Accounting with a Concentration in Finance. I have more than 15 years experience working in accounting practices and over 8 as a business owner and tax preparer.
