What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the client to determine their specific needs. Clients will fill out paperwork with our help to ensure their needs are met and the process is complete. We will guide clients through every step and communication is key for eveyone to be on the same page.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in Accounting along with all the credentials for the IRS ro perform tax preparation for individuals and business. I have a CAF number so I am able to speak on behalf of all my clients to the IRS. I have over 20 years of tax preparation!! We also prepare payroll, tax payments to federal and states around the country. I am also Notary in the state of Arziona.
