What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I meet personally with new clients, either in the office or by telephone if they are not able to come to the office. I will prepare the return and then I will send electronic signature pages for the client to sign. I will either provide a tax folder with a paper copy of the return or an electronic copy of the return. I will go over any questions that the client may have as well as making sure the income tax withholdings are correct for the client.
