I have over 40 years in all types of tax preparation. I have been the tax manager for several CPA and accounting firms. In such, I have handled almost all the incom,e tax and sales tax audits.
I also do offers in compromise and installment agreements with the IRS which most CPA's and Enr0olled Agents do not do.
Meeting and helping people pay only is due with their taxes. I enjoy the chaledge of doing tax returns and handling all types of tax audits. In dealing with te IRS I enjpy winning.

BS in Accounting from Louisiana Tech. I have maintained a level of 40+ hours of continuing education each year.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
On indivual tax returns the fees range $150 and up depending on the complexity.
Corporate and Partnership returns range from $250 and up.
How did you get started in this business?
After graduating from college I was hired by a CPA firm in Shreveport, Louisiana.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types including individuals, constrction companies, small to national restaurant operations, industrial and aviation businesses. Mostly the Mom and Pop type business.

Last November I became a great grandpa.
