How did you get started in this business?
The passion and joy I would get being employed in assisting others carried over when I was laid off and felt that there was no better time to start this business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with customers who are not represented by an attorney and I work with Attorneys who need paralegal services; I also work in connection with other business professionals to have resources available for my customers when in need, including other legal document preparers.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Confirm that you can relate and communicate effectively with the pro you are hiring. Communication is the key to a successful relationship and to make sure you verify a pro's references to confirm they are a good fit for your needs.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Identify the service needed so to effectively communicate the request. Be willing to research or obtain a legal opinion when necessary.
