CompUstyle, Inc has been in business since 2001 and I have been conducting general Notarial services Notarial Services since 1994 and title and escrow and mobile signing since 2002.

I am a commissioned notary who has been background screened, licensed and bonded. Certifications include; NNA’s ‘Trusted Notary’ certification as well as ‘Notary Signing Agent’ certification. I also hold a certification from Notary2Pro and 123Notary and I am trained in Hybrid E-closings through Pavaso and DocVerify.

My company has relationships with Title Source, Notary Assurance, JMT, American Title, Mortgage Connect, Old Republic Title, BancServ, FASS, Sunshine and Netco.

I have worked with lenders such as Wells Fargo, JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, Quicken Loans, Village Capital, CitiBank, PennyMac and Provident Funding to name a few.

I handle many different types of documents from personal financial and medical to Refinance, HELOC, FHA, Loan Modifications, New purchase, Reverse Mtg and REO purchase mortgage documents. I have experience in Estate Planning as well as Will, Living Wills, Advanced Directives and Power of Attorney documents. I also am well versed to handle remote I-9 verifications.

I pride myself in being professional, courteous, prompt, efficient, and have a genuine concern and drive for completing any assignment in an accurate and detailed manner. To round that off, I add a dash of humor and a lot of laughter to every customer encounter.
