~ Nessa is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master Teacher, Intuitive, Health and Wellness Coach, Registered Yoga Teacher, and Sound Healer embodying a love for life and deep connection. She has always held a deep reverence for the power of touch and a strong desire to cultivate a life of wholeness. This desire led her to pursue the study of psychology in college and combined with her daily yoga practice she began to develop a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection. As her spiritual journey deepened, she wanted to find a way to translate this into a more tangible healing modality to share with the world around her, thus began her study of massage therapy and energy healing. Through her formal studies and her personal practice, Nessa was able to experience and interpret the deep connection between the body, mind, and soul and how that in order to truly heal and create a balanced state we must address all three. This deepening awareness and her constant passion for health and living a life of vibrancy opened her up to furthering her studies as a health and wellness coach ultimately transforming into a more intuitive coaching style that she brings to her healing sessions, assisting in helping others tune in and listen to the deeper rhythms of the heart. Nessa combines bodywork, energy medicine, movement, intuitive coaching, sound healing, and a passion for flower essences to create a safe and sacred healing experience that honors the Soul's unique journey and the beauty and wisdom of the Earth. Her passion and purpose is to use her education, experience, personal practice, and own journey towards healing in order to be of greater service in this beautiful world. ~

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak directly to first time clients via phone or video chat to establish a connection and better understand what they are looking for in a treatment. Once clients are esablished with me, they will have the option to book online for future appointments.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed Massage Therpaist, Registered Yoga Teacher, Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Reiki Master Teacher, with additional training and experience in meditation, sound healing, essential oils, medical massage, oncology massage, and other various modalities to enhance the healing expereince.
