Knead Sleep Therapy
About
I travel to each client's location with a portable massage table, my massage table is extra wide and long with memory foam inside, I use coconut oil, and I use germ-X hand sanitizer at the start and finish of every massage session. I do an excellent job of getting the knots out of the upper back and relaxing the whole body, and the foot massage that is included is hands down the best you will ever receive!!
Massage Therapy is a natural talent that allows me to be of service to humanity on an individual basis that creates peace, promotes health, and fulfills part of my spiritual purpose in life.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically give a medium pressure relaxing Swedish massage combined with a medium to firm Trigger Point massage (pressing on areas of tension/knots) only as needed while continuously flowing back into a relaxing Swedish style massage. The face, chest, abdomen, groin, and private areas are not included and will be draped with massage sheets. The glutes, feet, and scalp are included. I use coconut oil, essential oils which are optional, and Purell.
